We have completed two major renovations with Andy and his crew – one in San Francisco and one in Marin. Both projects involved major structural work, complete electrical and plumbing replacement and remodels of kitchens & bathrooms. He has always been prompt, hardworking, knowledgeable and had great sub-contractors.

There are several things that set Andy apart from other contractors.

He is constantly in communication with you through texting, email or phone conversations and most of the time he was waiting on us to respond to him rather than the other way around.

He can seriously manage his time. If he says he will be somewhere or call you at a specific time, he follows through. He will also do whatever it takes to finish a project on time.

He has a really good design sense and brings great ideas to a project to make it significantly better than what was originally specified. He also helped us make decisions on paint colors, knobs & pulls, tile or anything that we would ask for his opinion.

He is honest and likewise hires subcontractors who are hard working, prompt and polite.

He estimates a job, then keeps you abreast of that estimate throughout the job and delivers on budget. We always felt we could scale back or expand the project if we felt it was necessary.

He is a true artisan when it comes to finish details. In both houses, he created beautiful moulding throughout.
Andy is a wonderful person and an amazing contractor: from helping design your project, to helping you consider budget constraints/parameters and solve around those issues, to creative problem solving when unforeseen issues arise, to offering you access to some of the Bay Area's best resources.
We would recommend him to anyone without any reservations. We will definitely be calling Andy and his team when we’re ready to do our next project!!

I am very fortunate to have met and hired Andy Brady for my remodel project. Andy’s work is impeccable and he is a perfectionist that manages to stay on schedule and on budget.
There are so many things I appreciate about working with Andy and his crew. The quality of his work is amazing and he shows up everyday! He is committed to the job and understands how anxious a homeowner is to finish the project. I had the same crew work on my house the whole time, which was comforting to me.
Andy offered me tremendous help with appliances and finishes. He has an incredible eye for design and a vision as to how things will look. Although not a part of the job, Andy is willing to help you with design questions if you ask him. His vast experience with many remodels gives him the ability to know what will work and look good.
Billing was easy to understand with no hidden costs that I had to figure out. I had very few cost overruns and change fees since Andy would alert me to areas that may not work the way I planned.
And lastly, Andy is a neat freak and left my house clean every day no matter what the job was that day.
I am so happy to have found “my construction guy” that I will use every time. I have remodeled before and Andy Brady and his team exceeded my expectations from past construction experiences.
My house turned out beautiful and the quality of his work is truly amazing.
